The Straffe Hendrik Tripel is a Belgian Tripel with a unique taste, and has slightly more more body than most tripels. This is an extremely hard beer to clone, due to the many malts that are supposedly used. This recipe gets close though.

Belgian Saison, in the style of Saison Dupont, but slightly maltier and with a touch of caramel. This saison recipe will create a beer that is clean, crisp and complex all at the same time.
A Brown Ale recipe that is actually closer in taste to a new style American Amber Ale. It’s got all the caramel and dark sugar tastes of these styles, but it finishes much dryer, and therefore, super easy to drink…
Incredibly light, yet full of body. An amazing beer with unique crispness and taste. The rice adds a smoothness, body and a little sweetness that you would not expect.
Light, crisp and soft. This is an aromatic and easy to drink Pilsner in the style of Southern German Lagers. The water profile is soft, which gives a light lager, and allows the German hops to show their herbal ‘Noble’ taste.
A dark beer, full of chocolate and coffee. The use of flaked rice gives this beer a subtle smoothness, sweetness and a light body, that is not generally found in a stout.
Inspired by Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. This is almost a clone of the famous beer, however, the cascade hops have been swapped out for centennial to create a more assertive pink grapefruit character.
A light lager, despite it’s appearance, brewed by Czech brewers. It was originally inspired by the German Dunkel, but it has developed into it’s own unique, and extremely drinkable lager.
